Sales Targets
Sales targets were being met, but she knew her team were capable of so much more. With a new team of senior executives, this VP wanted to see true team working and collaboration – a more collective approach to winning work. We were called in to help find the ‘blockers’ to working as a team.
After three two-day workshops, the team feels they are more efficient and the sales pipeline is healthy.
APPROACH
We identified a number of obstacles through a mix of activities – some planned and some impromptu. We worked on clarifying roles and responsibilities, better team processes, building a brand image within the corporate centre to secure better support, and in the process of this built more trust between team members.
RESULT
A collective understanding of vision and goals, more productive team meetings, a lined up approach to client interactions and a significant increase in sales.
